Calling all Wenches and Barkeeps!

The Wyoming Jaycees’ weekend pouring beer at the Renaissance Faire is coming up quick, and they need to know who for sure is planning on coming. They have already gotten some interest from some of the Kalamazoo Jaycees, but need definite numbers for scheduling and obtaining passes.
Here are the details:
Saturday, July 26 – 11am-7pm – Need to be there before 10am for setup. Shifts available: 11-3, 3-7 or 1-5.
Sunday July 27 – 12pm-7pm – need to be there by 11am for setup. Shifts available: 12-4, 4-8, or 1-5.
Sunday is until 8 for clean-up. We will also need some help after 7pm on Saturday, as we will be selling to entertainers and staff. Everyone will be given food vouchers for lunch.
Those working both days is invited to crash at Stacie’s place. She has room for plenty of tents or campers in the back yard, and room for air mattresses/sleeping bags inside. The Wyoming Jaycees will provide pizza for those working both days. Saturday night is also Mr. Dan Gratz’s birthday, and there will be a bonfire in the back yard to celebrate. BYOB. You will also want to bring lawn chairs for both the Ren Faire and the back yard.
