Fall Family Festival Committee Meeting

If you like games, dancing, charity fundraisers, working with kids, or promoting events, then please join us for a committee meeting on Tuesday, June 8th at 7:00 p.m. at Panera Bread on Westnedge.

The “Say Hello to Fall!” Family Festival is being planned for early this fall (tentatively Saturday, September 25th). This event will be an exciting day for children and families in our community, and our chapter! The festival will include dancing, fall themed games/activities, prizes, and treats.

This will be a low-cost event with proceeds donated to a local children’s charity. If you are interested in helping with any aspect of this event, we would love to see you at the meeting! We will need help with choosing a charity; planning games, decorations, and activities; and PR.
