Family Festival Committee Meeting

The “Say Hello to Fall!” Family Festival will be held on Saturday, September 25. This event will be an exciting day for children and families in our community, and our chapter! The festival will include dancing, fall-themed games/activities, prizes, and family photos. Our chapter will be hosting, with the proceeds benefitting a local children’s charity.

Our first planning meeting was amazing! We hammered out a lot of the logistical details and started deciding what games to include – hopefully you didn’t miss the cakewalk demonstration at the last GMM. We have many ideas for where to promote our project as well.

But we’re not done planning yet! Our next meeting will be on Thursday, July 15th at 6:00 p.m. at Biggby Coffee (by the Westnedge Qdoba). If you are interested in helping or have some fun ideas, we would love to see you at this meeting!
