The Kalamazoo Jaycees will be organizing “Two Pairs are Better Than One: a Trip to the FireKeepers Casino” on Saturday, September 26. We’ll be meeting at 6:15 p.m. at Perkins on Sprinkle Road.
We will need people who are willing to drive. The casino is at exit 104 on 94 so it should take 30-40 min. to get there. We will be having cars for people who want to stay longer and cars for those who want to go early.
The casino has lots of restaurants, and people can eat if they would like. Hopefully we will have enough drivers so that everyone who is willing will not have to drive. There is no set end time for this project, and people are free to leave whenever they want.
FireKeepers has over 2600 slots, plenty of table games and a poker room. Anyone attending can and should bring friends and family (they must be 21 to get in the casino). E-mail ecrashe@gmail.com for more info or if you are willing to drive.
