Join your fellow Michigan Jaycees for a Celebration of 2016 in Frankenmuth, MI on February 10-12, 2017.

We will kick off Friday Night with Opening Ceremonies and T3 Awards. Our theme for the night is Diamonds and Denim. Relax in comfort while adding some shimmer and shine to your ensemble. (Yes, guys, you too. Show the ladies that you know how to sparkle!)
Plan to Make a Deal with your favorite gameshow host, Jay “Monty Hall” Johnson. You never know what he is going to ask you to pull from your bag or pocket. Once we learn who the Best of the Best of T3 is, stay with us for the Welcome Party featuring The Polka Riot!
Saturday morning starts with a Business Meeting, Awards and Recognition and a discussion on the 2017 Anti-Bullying Statewide Project. This will lead into two sessions of trainings.
Once the morning business is done, take time to enjoy Frankenmuth. Explore the town on your own or join your friends on a planned excursion.
Check out the Lager Mill Brewing Museum, Frankenmuth Historical Museum or the Michigan’s Military & Space Heroes Museum and receive free admission with a MIJC Conference wrist band. (Donations are accepted and appreciated.)
Have you ever had a Wine or Beer Cocktail? Head to Prost Wine Bar & Charcuterie for a Wine and Beer Cocktail and Mixology Lesson. You will get to taste one of each as their knowledgeable instructor educates you on the particulars of mixing, pouring and creating your own signature wine and beer cocktails. We have three sessions to choose from. Afterward, stick around to enjoy a craft cocktail or lunch.
Would you rather stay in and relax? Discover your inner artist with our Primed to Paint class being held onsite at the Bavarian Inn Lodge. Class will begin at 2:30pm on Saturday.
Saturday Night will include a true Frankenmuth dining experience. Start with Frankenmuth Chicken, Whipped Potatoes with Gravy, Frankenmuth Bavarian Inn Dressing and Glazed Baby Whole Carrots. Leave room for Baked Cod with Herbed Butter, Rice Pilaf, Green Beans Amandine and Garlic Breadsticks. Your next stop includes Carved Roast Beef, Herbed Baked Redskin Potatoes, Buttered Corn and Deutschland Rolls. Don’t forget to take a couple of Chicken Livers. You don’t want to miss these. Hopefully you with still have room for Cherries Jubilee over Vanilla Ice Cream, prepared in room.
Once dinner concludes we will announce the 2016 Year End Award Winners while Da Frankenmuda Fratz’n keep you entertained as the night goes on. The weekend will conclude with the The After Party of All After Parties with The Bromantics. The Bromantics is a energetic, power trio with rock-n-roll, punk, rock-a-billy, and blues influences.

FAQs:
When will the agenda be final?
We will be updating until the end of January. Some of our timelines depend on the number of award submissions we receive in January.
What is the alcohol policy?
It is similar to most hotels. In general, if you are someplace in the hotel that can sell alcohol you are not allowed to bring your own in. So this means the lobby bar, conference rooms, ball room, break out rooms, etc.; you will not be able to bring in your own drinks. If you are suspected of drinking your own alcohol in these areas you will be asked to discard your drink.
Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
Yes, contact Tom Quackenbush for more information, tquackenbush@mijaycees.org or (989) 475-4793.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No, you do not. Please be prepared to give your name and Photo ID when checking in at conference.
Where can I contact the organizer with any questions?
Contact 2016 Chief Operations Officer Tom Quackenbush at tquackenbush@mijaycees.org.
