The Kalamazoo Jaycees will once again be participating in the Relay for Life, a 24-hour event that raises money for cancer research.
The event will kick off at 10 a.m. on Saturday, June 9, taking place once again at the Kalamazoo County Expo Center & Fairgrounds. People can come out and walk in shifts. This is a 24-hour event, wrapping up at 10 a.m. on Sunday, June 10.
Folks should bring their own chairs. Also, it’s going to be a hot one, so donations of drinks and snacks are appreciated.
Walker shifts are available pretty much any time. We need 2-4 people to work the tent with shifts needing coverage:
10am – 12noon
12pm – 2pm
2pm – 4pm
Tear down 9am Sunday
