We'll be getting together for a trip to the Kalamazoo Valley Museum on Sunday, March 9 at 1:00 p.m. Free admission, be sure to bring the whole family! Lots of activities will be going on at the museum, and we'll be stopping by the fourth floor to check out our birdhouses built for the 75th Anniversary/Housing Resources project.

Seven Jaycee volunteers will sell tickets at the door of the Extreme
Home Expo on Saturday, March 15, 2008 from 9:45am - 11:45am at the
former Cole Automotive Group building located at the southeast
intersection of Portage Road and I-94. One dollar from each ticket
sold will support the costs of constructing Habitat's Fast Built house
this coming summer.

The Home Expo is an annual event sponsored by the Home Builders

Despite the weather at Mayors’ Riverfront Park, an alternative activity schedule has been planned. No eggs will be collected, but the Easter Bunny will still be making an appearance, candy bags will be given out, drawings for Easter Baskets and bikes and more is planned.

Dress warm, most activities will be outdoors. Registration for drawings begins at 9:00 am and ends at 10:00 am, as previously scheduled. Drawings will take place immediately following registration.
