A few things:
1. Let's keep the forums professional. If you want to say something but you aren't sure if it is appropriate, please forward it to myself privately.
2. Let's keep the forums constructive. Making a complaint about something that you already know to be unchangeable is useless - offering a solution along with a complaint is useful.
3. Don't forget that telling us what is going WELL is just as helpful as telling us what isn't. And, it might be the most important thing you ever do. If 5 people don't like something and tell us, but the 10 who love it never say a word, what is the likelyhood that we stop doing whatever it is? Get what I'm saying?
